Dan Housman CTO
Graticule is co-founded by Dan Housman, Chief Technology Officer, who founded and grew Recombinant Data, a clinical data warehousing company serving major health systems and pharma research projects. Recombinant grew to $15M in annual revenue and was acquired by Deloitte in 2012. While at Deloitte Dan was CTO of their healthcare analytics business and was in charge of the strategy for the ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte portfolio of products.

Kyle F. Conley is an accomplished healthcare industry Operations Leader and Healthcare Privacy Official.
Kyle focuses on making business operations, compliance, people, and culture easier and a more rewarding experience for everyone. With decades of experience driving profitability and market share for healthcare and life science organizations.

In partnership with the Graticule executive management team, Kyle focuses on operations and compliance in support of the
organizations mission and goals while developing and deploying Human Capital strategies and processes to drive business growth. Ensuring the organization can deliver strong results by developing a dynamic, innovative, and driven talent base to align with business strategy and drive consumer and employee performance and engagement.

Prior to the post of Vice President of People Operations, Privacy Official at Graticule, Kyle has held several roles in operations, human resources, and healthcare privacy and compliance. Currently, Kyle also serves on the board of the FndHope, a global nonprofit organization that focuses on uniting patients, their families, leading researchers, and advocates to pioneer a new standard of care for those impacted by Functional Neurological Disorder throughout the world. Kyle studied Political science at Plymouth State University.

Kyle’s career has been committed to advancing healthcare solutions for better patient outcomes for a healthier, cleaner, safer world for everyone. Kyle believes in simplicity in life and in work. Patrick Wulf Hanson

Patrick Wulf Hanson is an experienced project and portfolio leader with 30 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, and academia. Patrick has led scientific and marketing projects, including close interactions with KOLs and regulatory authorities, in all development phases and has successfully led products to launch in major markets. Excellent communication skills, strong focus, experience and track record in tying together medical research and development activities with the commercial needs of a product.

Patrick’s key areas of expertise are stakeholder management and engagement, pharmaceutical and medical device development processes, business development and understanding, medical research and communication in most therapeutic areas

Most of his success comes from creating sustainably relationships and alliances. In addition, business development, planning and stakeholder engagement, communicating advanced medical content to any audience, project and people management, creating value for customers and patients comes natural to Patrick

Patrick’s experience in the industry includes consultancy: Director Real World Analytics & Solutions Nordics (and Head of
Denmark) at IQVIA, Nordic medical director at McCann Health Nordic, scientific director at Cohn & Wolfe and at Molecule
Consultancy. Pharma industry: Director global product safety, regulatory affairs officer, and corporate branding at Novo Nordisk. Related industry: Medical director and editor at sundhed.dk (Danish national health portal), Head of content development at Netdoctor International (responsible for 9 pan-European countries). Academia: 10 years of medical research and teaching in Sweden, Denmark and the USA. Medical writing and communication: 3 textbooks, +25 peer reviewed articles and +50 compendia for students.

Yuval Koren

Yuval Koren is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and technologist with deep expertise in distributed systems, data engineering and production machine learning. Working in healthcare since 2016, he developed novel feature engineering for medical ontologies with ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte and a full stack voice assistant for seniors and their caregivers at LifePod Solutions.
Charlie Barr, MD, MPH
Charlie Barr, MD, MPH CMO
Charlie Barr, MD, MPH is Chief Medical Officer at Graticule. He is a physician-scientist and biomedical informaticist trained in biostatistics and epidemiology. His career began in academic clinical practice, teaching and research. He then worked in biotech/pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Roche and Genentech. His experience includes leading teams and programs in design, analysis and conduct of clinical trials and real world data studies (large databases and prospective patient registries).

Charlie led teams creating evidence for regulatory submissions of safety and efficacy data for benefit/risk assessment; and payer evidence submissions of comparative effectiveness studies for access, pricing and reimbursement negotiations; and responses to strategic internal and external questions. His experience included therapeutic as well as cross-portfolio leadership roles in clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, health economics and outcomes research, evidence science and innovation, evidence for access, and RWD strategy and external partnerships.

David Legge
David LeggeDirector of Business Development
David brings an impressive track record spanning 25 years in business development. He holds unparalleled expertise and a proven history of fostering growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. Before joining Graticule, David worked as a Business Development Manager at TriNetX, spending nearly a decade shaping the company’s growth trajectory. Before that, he spent four years as a Business Development Representative at Recombinant Data, later acquired by Deloitte in 2012. His tenure with Deloitte continued until 2014.

As Director of Business Development at Graticule, David will identify new opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and drive transformative initiatives that align seamlessly with our commitment to innovation and advancement.
